Service Description

During my visits I let you take the lead so we can discuss/cover whatever makes more sense to you at that time. Generally speaking this includes: Talking & Listening: I understand the challenges you're facing postpartum and offer a non-judgmental ear. I'm here to talk about your experiences, answer questions about baby care, discuss postpartum recovery, help you find a rhythm in your new life, debrief after medical visits, and offer advice on baby products. I also provide resources and referrals when needed and offer support through the transition to parenthood. Hands-on Help: I provide hands-on assistance with breastfeeding, bottle feeding, different feeding positions, bathing baby, troubleshooting diaper changes, healing diaper rashes, adjusting baby carriers for safety and comfort, and educating on car seat safety if certified. Giving You a Rest: If you need a break, I'm happy to care for your baby while you nap, shower, or have some alone time. I believe it's important for new parents to reconnect with themselves and their partners, so I offer this service willingly. Practical Household Assistance: In addition to baby-related tasks, I can help with household chores, organization, meal preparation, and other practical needs to make life easier for you as new parents.
